Commitment

Syntheris Advisory S.L.U., the operator of Situra, is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Spain’s Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public-sector websites and mobile applications, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

Situra is not a public-sector body. It publishes this statement voluntarily because it serves public administrations, which are bound by it. The statement applies to the website www.situra.ai in Spanish and English. The Situra console (an application with restricted access) will have its own statement.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 and the standard UNE-EN 301549:2022 (WCAG 2.1 level AA) because of the non-compliances listed below. The design target is WCAG 2.2 level AA.

Non-accessible content

Non-compliance with RD 1112/2018

  • Console screenshots are images of text with demo data. Each has a text alternative describing its content, but it does not reproduce every figure (clauses 9.1.1.1 and 9.1.4.5 of the standard, WCAG 1.1.1 and 1.4.5).
  • On the English pages, the screenshots show the console interface in Spanish (clause 9.3.1.2, WCAG 3.1.2).

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on through a self-assessment by the team: automated tests (Lighthouse with axe-core) on every page, in both languages and in the light and dark themes, and a manual review of keyboard navigation, visible focus, 200% zoom, 320px width and the reduced-motion preference. No external audit has been carried out yet.

Enforcement procedure

The complaint procedure in article 13 of RD 1112/2018 is designed for public-sector websites. As Situra is not a public body, communications are handled through the contact channel above. Administrations that use Situra in their own services keep their own complaint procedures for those services.
