Company

Sober, auditable infrastructure. In Madrid.

We are building Situra because public and regulated organisations in Spain want to use AI models, and first need to answer a simple question: where is our data processed?

A Spanish company as your counterparty

Situra is a service operated by Syntheris Advisory S.L.U., a Spanish company that can sign contracts today. Contracts, the DPA and invoicing are with this company.

Situra may later be spun out into its own company. If that happens, we will tell customers in advance and propose transferring their contracts to the new entity.

What we don’t compromise on

The customer decides residency
Residency is set per project and enforced on every request. If no allowed route exists, the request fails; the tier is never loosened silently.
Provider prices, no markup
You pay each route’s list price, with no per-token markup. We earn a transparent fee on credit top-ups and on enterprise plans.
Boring, auditable infrastructure
Well-known components, reviewable code, invariants enforced by the database. We prefer the provable to the flashy.
No trackers
Not on this site, not in the console: no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics, no Google Fonts. Our customers check this, and rightly so.

Where we are and where we’re heading

These are targets, not commitments; they depend on the beta progressing on time. We update them here if they change.

  1. Q4 2026 Now

    Private beta

A gateway serving several providers, console with SCIM provisioning, audit log and a penetration test, with three to five Spanish organisations.

  2. Q1 2027

    General availability

Public signup, billing live, status page and SLA.

  3. Q2–Q3 2027

    Certification

ENS Media + ISO/IEC 27001 audit, MCP gateway and eval-backed routing.

  4. After

    Workspace

Chat and agents built on the Situra gateway itself.

Well-known parts, chosen so they can be audited

More on security
Data plane
Go. Key authentication, residency-based route selection, fallbacks, budgets and metering are our own code.
Provider adapters
The open-source Bifrost core (Apache 2.0, © H3 Labs Inc.), pinned to a specific release, with its licence and attributions preserved.
Control plane
Go and PostgreSQL with forced row-level security: tenant isolation is enforced by the database.
Events and analytics
NATS JetStream for configuration and usage events; ClickHouse for per-request metrics, without content.
Hosting
Azure Spain Central (Madrid): AKS, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Key Vault, Front Door. Declarative infrastructure with OpenTofu and Argo CD.
Supply chain
Signed container images, an SBOM per release, pinned dependencies, licence scanning and a second human reviewer on critical code.
